Nails by Ezra ("we", "us") is a virtual nail-art try-on app. This policy explains what we collect, how long we keep it, and your choices. We follow the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).
What we collect
- Email address — for passwordless sign-in (one-time codes) and booking updates.
- Your name and phone number — optional, so Ezra can recognise you and reach you about a booking. You can leave both blank or change them any time in your profile.
- Hand photos you upload — to generate your virtual try-on.
- Try-on results and saved looks — the images we generate for you.
- Booking requests — the design, preferred times, and status you send to the salon.
- Crash and error reports — technical diagnostics (device model, iOS version, error details) tied to your account ID, used only to find and fix bugs. We do not attach your email address to them.
How long we keep it

How your photos are used
Your photo is sent to an AI image service to render the design onto your hand, and a second AI service checks the result quality. Photos are used only to produce your try-on. Location and camera metadata (EXIF/GPS) are removed before processing.
Service providers
We use trusted third parties strictly to run the app: AI image generation and quality checks, transactional email delivery, encrypted cloud object storage, and crash & error diagnostics. They process data only on our instructions.
Your rights & deleting your data
In the app you can delete individual photos, delete all your photos, or delete your account — which removes your stored objects, not just database rows. To exercise any Data Privacy Act right (access, correction, erasure, objection), contact us below.
